SIGMATEL believes that “Quality is Way of Life”. We inculcate a culture of Quality among our employees to benefit our customers. Quality awareness is spread among our employees by conducting seminars and Job evaluations.
We have an efficient and continuously evolving Quality Control Mechanisms created and monitored by a Quality Control Manager. Our vision on quality assurance is as follows:
- Execute all Operations within Quality parameters agreed upon with the customer
- Use of standard/ correct tools and Correct test equipment parameters for testing
- Real Time Quality Control of all installation activities
- Compliance with Customers Quality Expectations
- On the Job Training for all Trainees
- Regular Evaluation of Installation activities
- Creation and Maintenance of Site documents
- Follow-up actions to comply with set Quality standards
- Standard Safety procedures to be followed while working on Site
